Pieter Bogers holds a MSc Civil Engineering Degree from Delft University of Technology

He has 30+ years of international experience in dredging, reclamation, and offshore infrastructure working for some of the leading European dredging and Australian dredging companies.

He has led large-scale marine projects from concept to completion, navigating tight regulatory environments, complex logistics, and multidisciplinary team dynamics.

He has a proven ability to manage full project lifecycles — from tender strategy and environmental risk mitigation through to execution and delivery. 

He is known for clear thinking underpressure, alignment across stakeholders, and delivering solutions that balance commercial and technical priorities.
